4.3 Project privacy
Project members are a collective group of users who will be performing administrative (e.g. quality control) or tagging duties for the project, which subsequently get collated to the higher organization level. Project members can also be collaborators who are interested in your project data to whom you give access.
Project members can be either administrators or read-only members.
You'll need to be a project member in order to see data from an unpublished project. In a published state, the data you can access in the project is also dependent on your membership level, the location privacy and the publication level of the project. See Publishing Projects for more information.
4.3.1 Requesting access to a project
In the project dashboard, you can select the for any project that is greyed out. This will display the button—click it and fill out the access request form, which will be sent to the project administrators.
